When we look back on our history at Zara's Gourmet Kitchen, there have been so many stories, tips and recipes we have collected in our almost 30 years of business. From that first bag of flour to make rotis in 1988, to today where we happily feed thousands of Canadian customers a month, it's a blessing to share this journey with you... our fellow foodies.
